About this Event
Hi there! My name is Allyson and I teach yoga and mindfulness in Austin, TX. These community sessions are intended to connect Austin locals to nature through mindfulness practice. All levels of practice are welcome. Hope to see you soon!
When- Every 1st Sunday 4-5pm (unless otherwise stated)
